Helpful Information For Your Family.

Part of our mission at East End Pediatrics is to provide our patients and community with relevant and up-to-date information regarding their health and wellness. We have provided the following resources for the purpose of general health awareness and empowerment.

Well Child Checks

Infancy - 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months

Early Childhood - 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 3 years, 4 years

Thereafter - Check-ups are scheduled yearly.

Immunization Schedules

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) periodically reviews the recommended immunization schedule for persons aged 0 -18 years to ensure that the schedule is current with changes in vaccine formulations and reflects revised recommendations for the use of licensed vaccines, including those newly licensed.

The mission of the American Academy of Pediatrics is to attain optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents and young adults.

Poison Control Center

The AAPCC works with America's 55 poison centers to track poisonings and their sources, including household products, food and beverages, chemicals in the workplace and home, environmental toxins, drugs and medicine, and animal and insect bites and stings. Poison centers offer free, confidential medical advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222.

Additional Information

  • We accept all major insurance and Medicaid.
  • If you are over 15 minutes late, an appointment reschedule will be needed.
  • If your child is sick and needs to be seen immediately, call between 9:00am and 10:00am.
  • All vaccination appointments can be made a month in advance.
